Unity Technologies is seeking a Senior Client Partner for its Real Money Games division to own direct relationships with land-based and iGaming studios across North America. This hybrid, account-management/hunter role will grow an existing book and build new relationships, owning the full revenue cycle from first conversation to close.

Qualifications

• Experience working with slot development studios in the Real Money Games or gambling space.
• Proven track record of pitching, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value deals.
• Ability to forecast and manage revenue using tools like Salesforce and Clari.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow direct revenue across Mid-Market and Enterprise RMG development studios in North America, selling both editor licenses and professional services.
• Build on and expand relationships within an existing book of business and with C-level, Director, and Procurement decision makers.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans and build pipeline targeting studios developing slot titles across land-based and iGaming sectors.
• Own end-to-end sales cycles from first outreach through close and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner Engineering teams.
