Job summary

Unity is seeking a Senior Client Partner for Real Money Games in North America. You will own direct relationships with land-based and iGaming studios, selling editor licenses and professional services while managing end‑to‑end revenue cycles.

You will grow an existing book and build new relationships, engaging senior stakeholders and shaping future RMG solutions with cross‑functional teams. Hybrid role in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience with slot development studios and RMG or gambling space.
• Proven track record in pitching, negotiating, and closing complex high‑value deals.
• Ability to navigate multi‑part deals spanning several business units.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow direct revenue across Mid‑Market and Enterprise RMG studios in North America, selling editor licenses and services.
• Build on and expand relationships within an existing book of business.
• Serve as senior commercial relationship owner with C‑level, Director, and Procurement decision makers.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans and build pipeline targeting studios developing slot titles.
• Own end‑to‑end sales cycles from first outreach to close.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Partner Engineering to shape future RMG solutions.
