Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager - Client Services for its Manufacturing Vertical. This role will lead all client interfaces within the assigned account, partnering with group managers and delivery leaders to build and execute the account plan.

The Senior Client Partner is responsible for client management, revenue growth, and delivery assurance based on the account plan. Typically, the role manages a single account or a significant portion of a large account, with P&L responsibility of $50M+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience.
• MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10+ years of experience are preferred.
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience; experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of commitments; provide governance, risk/escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships, opportunities, price decisions; shape pricing and value articulation; ensure disciplined execution.
