Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited, a leading provider of BPM services, seeks a Senior Manager – Client Services to drive new logo openings and client growth within the BPM domain. You will interface with account teams, CSG leadership, and sales to build strategies that expand the footprint in manufacturing and other sectors.

The role requires deep client management, consultative selling, and strong governance skills to ensure long-term partnerships and revenue growth across existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 14+ years of experience in BPM sales/relationship/account management.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts/logos for BPM services.
• Collaborate with IL & BPM CSG leadership, Account Manager's to create an account plan, business development focused POV's.
• Farming of designated Accounts.
• Attracting new clients by innovating and leading the Sales conversations process for the business.
• Taking ownership on working on Client POVs for F&A, Supply chain, Procurement, HRO with Sales & Solutions leads.
• Working with senior Sales & CSG leaders to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
• Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offering solutions to their problems.
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
