Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Client Partner for the Manufacturing vertical who will lead all client interfaces within the assigned account and work with Senior Managers to build the account plan. The role requires strong client management, relationship development, and executive engagement with CXO-level contacts to drive growth.

The position emphasizes responsibility for P/L outcomes and governance, with a focus on delivering commitments and shaping opportunities within a $30M-$40M portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent with strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience in sales, account management, and P/L management.
• Experience in Manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Track record interacting with CXO level client contacts.
• Proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $30M-$40M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
• Account planning and governance: create the account plan, including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
