Job summary

#paid is seeking a Senior Client Partner to join our enterprise sales team in the United States. You will leverage deep relationships and vertical expertise to bring in Fortune 500 clients and agency partnerships, coaching teammates to build a world class sales organization.

You will tell compelling stories, drive creative strategies, and mentor juniors, helping lead end-to-end deals while collaborating with Product, Client Success, Marketing and Strategy to deliver influencer marketing

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in influencer marketing, media sales, or adjacent fields.
Strong network of existing relationships with Fortune 500 brands and media agencies.
Proven track record of selling large contracts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions for clients.
A mentor and leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about elevating the team around you.
Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies across verticals to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Drive revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new business opportunities and consistently hitting targets.
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing complex deals.
Collaborate with Product, Client Success, Marketing, and Strategy to design and deliver influencer marketing solutions.
Showcase the platform using data and analytics to prove ROI for clients’ campaigns.
Manage pipelines and forecasting to ensure accurate planning and target achievement.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies.
Provide thought leadership in influencer marketing at industry events.
Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to team development.
