Job summary

#paid is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to serve our Key Accounts from New York. You will be the trusted strategic advisor, overseeing high-touch creator marketing programs and managing long-term relationships with enterprise brands.

You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Analytics and Strategy to drive renewal and growth, ensuring campaigns meet client objectives while maintaining exceptional service and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally with enterprise-level accounts
• Strong ability to build meaningful relationships and deeply understand client goals
• Data-driven mindset with ability to present insights to drive growth
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders across functions
• Experience in digital/creator marketing or influencer programs

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage campaigns for large enterprise accounts with complex needs
• Lead end-to-end creator marketing programs from kickoff to post-campaign review
• Maintain and grow relationships with key client stakeholders to drive renewal and upsell
• Collaborate with Sales on opportunities for expansion across your book of business
• Ensure timely delivery, feedback resolution, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams
