Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Senior Manager Client Services to support a large portfolio of retail and CPG accounts within the CRL Practice. The role oversees client interfaces, builds an account plan, and directs client management activities based on the account plan.

The SMCS will lead proposals, collaborate across units to develop and launch solutions, and guide pre-sales and sales efforts while ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; 15+ years of experience in consulting and industry solutions.
• Knowledge of retail, CPG and consumer industry go-to-market solutions.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with vertical service offering creation, proposals and leading presentations.
• Experience in a Global Delivery Model.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (no immigration sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Assess industry trends, customer needs and Infosys capabilities to identify vertical solutions for consumer product customers.
• Manage client relationships and develop a portfolio up to $50M++.
• Develop and present solutions and roadmaps for service offerings.

• Collaborate with sales and account teams to bring offerings to market.
• Orchestrate pre-sales and sales processes to close deals.
• Provide oversight during implementation and feed learnings back to improve offerings.

The Senior Manager-Client Services (SMCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The SMCS work to build an account plan and direct client management activities based on the account plan.

Role Description:

• Assess industry trends, customer needs and Infosys capabilities to identify vertical solutions/offerings for consumer product customers
• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M++
• Develop and present solutions & roadmap for service offerings
• Collaborate with relevant units to develop and launch the solutions/offerings
• Collaborate with sales and account teams in launching the solutions/offerings
• Orchestrate the pre-sales and sales process to close deals
• Provide oversight during implementation and plough back learning to improve the solutions/offerings

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• 15+ years of experience, with strong consulting and industry solutions experience
• Knowledge of retail, CPG and the consumer industry specific go-to-market solutions
• Good understanding of the consumer products and retail industry specific business issues and drivers
• Hands-on experience with vertical service offering creation, proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience within a Global Delivery model

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 15+ years of experience
• Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions for retail and CPG
• Strong understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
• Experience running large multi-location consulting engagement teams
• Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
• Experience managing $50mm++ portfolio consisting of multiple accounts
