Zusammenfassung

New Ground is seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead a growing portfolio spanning beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and CPG. You’ll own client relationships and programs—from influencer partnerships to gifting, content, events, and PR—while developing the Client Partner team.

You will mentor others, drive end-to-end strategies, and help shape how New Ground operates as the agency expands. A senior, hands-on leader with entrepreneurial energy is ideal.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in agency, start-up or brand environments across beauty, lifestyle, fashion or CPG.
• Experience leading client accounts and managing team members.
• A deep understanding of creators, social platforms and culture, and a strong instinct for what makes a brand worth talking about.
• The confidence to counsel founders and senior brand teams directly.
• Sharp organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts.
• Boutique agency energy: entrepreneurial, hands-on and happy to wear multiple hats.
• PR and press experience is a big plus. If you bring media relationships, you'll have room to support earned media for your clients and help grow our PR offering

Aufgaben

• Lead a portfolio of client accounts end to end, from strategy and ideation through to delivery and results
• Be the senior day-to-day partner for your clients, running WIPs and presenting strategy and results with confidence
• Oversee influencer and creator partnerships, from sourcing and negotiation through to briefing and reporting
• Run gifting, seeding and sampling programs that get product into the right hands
• Lead content, shoots, events and activations for your clients
• Mentor and develop our Client Partner team, and help set the standard for how we deliver
• Grow your accounts and support new business as the agency expands
