Job description

Reporting to two Senior Client Partners, the Client Partner will own the planning and execution/delivery of key tasks and workstreams across the New Ground portfolio, both as monthly retainer work and on a project basis. This is a step up from a support role (Account Manager level): you will be trusted to lead defined parts of an account from start to finish, under the guidance of the Senior Client Partners, and to be the day-to-day point of contact for the client on the work you own. You will work across a range of defined accounts, taking projects from ideation through to execution across content, social, influencer, PR, and partnerships. Working across two Senior Client Partners means you will need a natural ability to prioritize, manage your time efficiently, and keep communication clear and proactive in every direction. Your attention to detail will ensure that information shared internally and with clients is accurate and polished.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Own the planning and delivery of defined tasks, workstreams, and projects across your accounts from start to finish, under the guidance of the Senior Client Partners. This could be across a range of agency offerings such as gifting programs, influencer partnerships & programs, content creator management, events/activations, and press.
  • Manage your workload across two Senior Client Partners, prioritizing effectively, flagging capacity early, and keeping both aligned on progress.
  • Act as the day-to-day client contact for the work you own, managing email communication and presenting updates, progress, and next steps in client WIPs.
  • Contribute to client strategy and lead ideation for social content, campaigns, and partnerships within your workstreams, bringing clear, brand-specific ideas to the table.
  • Foster key media and PR relationships to support the Senior Client Partners on campaign delivery, press outreach, and integrated brand strategies across your accounts.
  • Grow and maintain the New Ground creator database, identifying UGC and content creators that genuinely fit each client brand.
  • Build and present weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports, translating performance into clear insights and recommendations for the client.
  • Manage timelines, trackers, and meeting notes for your workstreams, making sure actions are followed through and nothing is missed.
  • Manage project spend and invoicing against agreed budgets, flagging any risks to the Senior Client Partners early.
  • Support and guide the Junior Client Partner and interns on tasks within your workstreams.
  • Stay ahead of social, content, culture, and industry trends, and bring relevant ideas to your accounts.
  • Support the leadership team across new business, pitch preparation, and client strategy where required.
  • Support the wider team where needed with all agency activities to ensure client and agency success.
Your Day-to-Day

This position plays a key role in the agency, owning parts of the client project lifecycle through planning, production, delivery, and reporting, with the Senior Client Partners setting direction and providing guidance. We are a small but dynamic team, so no day will be the same. Because you will work across all of our accounts and report into two Senior Client Partners, being organized, proactive, and efficient with your time and communication is essential. Your day-to-day will be a mix of client emails and WIPs, team calls and Slack, project management, creator and partner outreach, content and social delivery, reporting, general office admin, and ad-hoc tasks to support the agency team. As you prove yourself, the scope of what you own will grow.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in an agency, start-up, or brand environment, ideally across social, influencer, PR, or content.
Required Skills
  • Precise attention to detail with excellent accountability and follow-through
  • A natural ability to prioritize across multiple stakeholders and accounts, and to manage your time efficiently
  • Confident, clear written and verbal communication with clients, including over email and in client WIPs
  • Strong project management skills across timelines, budgets, and trackers
  • Hands-on experience managing influencer partnerships and gifting programs
  • Actively engaged with social media, with a strong understanding of platforms, content trends, and the influencer landscape across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle
  • Strong creative and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient with all Google Suite applications; Canva, CapCut, or Adobe skills are a plus
  • Resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to work both autonomously and as part of the team
  • Genuine interest in the fields of content, marketing, PR, and communications
