New Ground is seeking a Senior PR Manager to lead a dedicated portfolio of fashion, beauty and lifestyle accounts from our West Hollywood office. You'll be hands-on, coaching a small team as the practice grows, shaping strategy and client outcomes.

You bring 8+ years of senior agency PR, top LA/NY media connections, and the ability to win new business while mentoring others. We offer competitive pay, equity potential, benefits and a flexible hybrid setup.

• 8+ years in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or luxury PR with senior agency leadership.
• Strong relationships with LA and NY media.
• Extensive network of stylists, talent and VIPs.

• Wears multiple hats; LA-based preferred, open to NY for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR accounts end to end, with PR strategy tied to each brand's commercial goals.
• Land top-tier press across digital, print, broadcast and podcasts, including affiliate-driven shopping coverage.
• Build founder narratives and secure profiles, features and speaking moments.
• Run celebrity, stylist and VIP programs, from gifting through to talent agreements.
• Partner with influencer team on creator seeding, editor events and tastemaker moments.
• Win new business through network and shape how PR is scoped, delivered and reported at New Ground.

New Ground is looking for a Senior PR Manager to lead a dedicated portfolio of fashion, beauty and lifestyle PR accounts, while bringing earned strategy to our wider client roster. We're a bi-coastal marketing studio helping ambitious global brands grow in the US. As the business gets bigger and busier, PR now needs a dedicated senior lead. LA-based preferred, but we're open to New York for the right candidate.

The role

This is a senior, hands-on player-coach role for a media hound who loves the pitch and the placement. You'll be close to the work every day, from editor relationships to client strategy, and as the offering grows, you'll build and lead the team underneath you, with a clear path to Head of PR.

What you'll do

• Lead PR accounts end to end, with PR strategy tied to each brand's commercial goals
• Land top-tier press across digital, print, broadcast and podcasts, including affiliate-driven shopping coverage
• Build founder narratives and secure profiles, features and speaking moments
• Run celebrity, stylist and VIP programs, from organic placements and gifting through to talent agreements
• Partner with our influencer team on creator seeding, editor events and tastemaker moments
• Win new business through your network, and shape how PR is scoped, delivered and reported at New Ground

• Trusted relationships with top-tier LA and NY media you can bring with you

• A strategic mind and sharp writing, plus the confidence to counsel founders directly
• Boutique agency energy: entrepreneurial, hands-on and happy to wear multiple hats. LA-based preferred, but we're open to New York for the right candidate.
