Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Lead Client Partner - Business Development to accelerate AI-enabled growth in North America’s Banking and Capital Markets sector.

You will cultivate C-suite relationships, understand client priorities, and shape transformative opportunities across Advanced Technology, Data & AI, and Managed Services. You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, drive strategic plans, and collaborate across functions to win large, complex deals while ensuring long-term account expansion

Formación

• Bachelor’s degrees in commerce, economics or finance, plus relevant postgraduate study.
• Experience building C-suite relationships and managing complex deals.
• Strong understanding of AI, technology-enabled transformation and growth.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business growth and new-logo acquisition across NA Banking & Capital Markets.
• Identify priority prospects, develop account-entry strategies, and penetrate strategic accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle from qualification to deal closure and negotiation.
• Build trusted executive relationships and translate client priorities into solutions.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to pursue large transformation opportunities.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and deliver predictable growth.
