Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Senior Client Manager to lead high-level client relationships for large commercial accounts, partnering with the sales team to drive retention and growth. You will guide coverage analyses, risk management strategies and client deliverables, while coordinating with Client Relations and maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strategic planning, and adherence to organizational policies.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of risks associated with large commercial accounts.
• At least 5 years of commercial industry experience with property and casualty insurance.
• CPCU or CIC designations are a plus.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to collaborate with sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and accounts with high service levels.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics and market commentary.
• Provide insurance coverage analysis and risk management recommendations.
• Update customer information in the agency management system with accuracy.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
