Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking a Senior Client Manager in our Business Insurance department. You will partner with the sales team to manage high-level client accounts, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities while delivering exceptional service and risk management insights.

You will mentor, train, and develop in a collaborative environment, focusing on advanced client service for large commercial accounts and industry specialization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance brokerage or agency experience.
• Strong knowledge of risks for large commercial accounts and industry best practices.
• CPCU or CIC designations are a plus.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and accounts with high service levels and responsiveness.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics and market commentary.
• Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
• Ensure effective and efficient customer service in collaboration with the sales/service team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, workflows and maintain confidentiality.
