Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days).
• Insurance designations (e.g., INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
• Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers, prepare proposals, and resolve billing issues.
• Mentor Client Service Associates by developing policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver integrated insurance solutions.
