Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services in Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support a portfolio of client groups. You’ll own renewals, nurture trusted client relationships, and work with the production team to craft the right service and coverage solutions.

This role values clear communication, financial acumen, and the ability to balance service goals with revenue targets, in a collaborative, people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience; licensing as required.
• Preferred: insurance knowledge and client relationship management; solid financial acumen.

• Own an assigned group of accounts and provide high‑quality support.
• Build trusted client relationships, stay close to renewals, and work with the production team to shape the right solution.
• Help secure existing business and seek new service and coverage opportunities.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Own an assigned group of accounts and help make sure each client gets steady, high quality support.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their day to day contacts, stay close to the renewal process, and work with the production team to help shape the right solution for each account.
• Help secure existing business and look for new service and coverage opportunities that fit client needs.
• As you manage complex accounts and keep an eye on service, margin, and revenue targets, you’ll help create a smooth client experience and strengthen long term relationships.

About You

Required

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

-OR-

• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred

• Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen.
