Job summary

Gallagher, based in Cleveland, is seeking a Client Manager on our Employee Benefits team to manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention while delivering high-quality service.

You will collaborate with the Production team during renewals to secure renewals and identify growth opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and their representatives to drive value for both clients and Gallagher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's License
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Appropriate licensing as required

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
• Collaborate with the Production team to deliver tailored solutions during the renewal process, securing existing business and identifying opportunities for growth.
• By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their representatives, you’ll enhance Gallagher’s value and drive success for both the clients and the organization.

About You

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience OR
• High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
• Producer's License
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Appropriate licensing as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous insurance industry knowledge and experience
• Experience managing client relationships
• Strong financial acumen
