Job summary

Gallagher is a leading global risk management and insurance brokerage seeking a seasoned client service professional to manage a portfolio of client accounts in Jacksonville, FL. You will support renewals with the Production team, seek opportunities to expand coverage, and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and decision makers.

A Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience (or a 10+ year track with a HS diploma) is required, along with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Or High School diploma/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and using technology to maximize productivity and quality.
• Experience in managing client relationships and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle the day-to-day work for a group of client accounts.
• Keep client requests moving and ensure details are handled with care.
• Work with the Production team on renewals and help shape coverage solutions.
• Identify opportunities to add services or lines of coverage when appropriate, supporting retention and revenue growth.
• Ask for referrals and maintain strong relationships with client contacts and decision makers.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Handle the day-to-day work for a group of client accounts.
• Keep client requests moving, answer questions, and make sure details are handled with care.
• Work with the Production team on renewals and help shape coverage solutions that fit each client’s needs.
• Look for ways to add services or lines of coverage when they make sense, help protect retention, and support revenue growth.
• Ask for referrals and keep relationships strong with client contacts and decision makers, when it's helpful.

About You

Required

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience

–OR–

• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
• Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Previous experience in client servicce, account management, or renewals in insurance or a related field
• Insurance knowledge.
• Solid financial acumen
