Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Sr. Client Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding and implementation of our HR/payroll solutions. You will be the main client contact during implementation, ensuring success and satisfaction, while mentoring CIS colleagues.

The role requires handling payroll setup, client training, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver effective service models. Strong HRIS and payroll knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 years related experience.
• PHR/FPC or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems and CRM/HR dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Completes Client shell setup/dashboard creation in Prism (HRIS) for new clients.
• Runs first payrolls and trains new clients.
• Acts as liaison between internal stakeholders.
• Develops and executes a solid implementation project plan.
• Consults with clients to determine payroll, HR, and benefit needs.
• Manages multiple client implementations and major accounts.
• Maintains Client Space (CRM) by updating milestones and tasks.
• Reviews payroll and HR data for accuracy.
