Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or related experience.
• 1 year in client support or customer service.
• 1 year leading a team.
• Experience with payroll and HR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client retention and loyalty by guiding the pod and monitoring success metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement and coaching within the team.
• Monitor team performance metrics and identify improvement projects.
• Ensure client readiness for HCM milestones and payroll cycles.
• Escalate issues and perform root-cause analysis to improve service.
• Onboard new hires and provide ongoing training.
