Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking an Implementation Consultant, HCM to drive client onboarding and successful deployment of Payroll and HR solutions. You will lead a client’s full implementation, gather requirements, and configure the system to meet needs, using a consultative approach to maximize client value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Payroll and Product teams, manage timelines, provide training, and ensure smooth transitions to the service team post go-live.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years experience in HR/payroll outsourcing or implementation.
• Experience with iSolved or similar HRIS/payroll systems a must.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, HR processes, regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather payroll and HR requirements and data for configuration.
• Manage full implementation scope from kickoff to go-live.
• Coordinate with Sales, Payroll, and Product teams to align client needs with solutions.
• Lead client meetings, communicate timelines and milestones.
• Provide training and guidance on the HRIS system and ensure user adoption.
• Track milestones and maintain project documentation in Client Space.
