Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, Arizona, seeks a Sr. Client Implementation Specialist (SCIS) to lead the full implementation lifecycle for new clients, serving as the primary point of contact during onboarding and ensuring client success and satisfaction with our payroll, HR and benefits services.

You will mentor CIS colleagues, coordinate with internal stakeholders, develop and execute detailed implementation plans, train clients on systems, verify payroll/HR data accuracy, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years related experience.
• FPC, PHR or related certification preferred.
• HR/Payroll outsourcing knowledge required.
• HRIS/CRM experience required.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets up client shell and dashboard in Prism for new clients.
• Runs first payrolls and trains new clients.
• Acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders.
• Develops and executes a detailed implementation plan with strong project management.
• Consults with clients to determine payroll, HR, and benefit needs.
• Manages multiple client implementations and major accounts.
• Updates Client Space (CRM) milestones and tasks.
• Reviews payroll and HR data for accuracy.
• Facilitates client transition to the ongoing service model.
