In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, using your HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client problems as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients.
• Work independently to resolve issues and provide proactive information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders, setting priorities, organizing your day, multitasking, and providing prompt follow‑up to exceed client expectations.
• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions or best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
• Share knowledge and best practices with junior consultants and specialists.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5‑8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience in a systems‑related organization.
• At least 5‑8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
• A college degree is preferable but not required; other acceptable experiences could include military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification or willingness to pursue a certification in the first year.
