Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent
• 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results
• Hybrid role: 3 days in office in Miami, FL and 2 days remote
• College degree is not required, relevant experience considered

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies
• Solve client problems and provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions
• Set priorities, organize the day, multi-task, and provide prompt follow-up to exceed client expectations
