Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of total experience with a proven track record of sales success in financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage and motivate clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated business development, account management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Houston market through new business development and expansion of existing client relationships.
• Oversee consultant engagements and manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and performance metrics with the Client Development team.
• Build effective relationships with client leaders and staff to drive account penetration.
