RGP in Washington, DC is seeking a Director, Client Development to grow the market through new business development, the management and expansion of existing client relationships, and overseeing consultant engagements.

You will develop and execute account plans, drive sales goals and KPIs for a defined portfolio, and collaborate with Project & Consulting Services, Field Enablement, and Business Development to maximize client value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of business development experience selling professional services to Fortune 500 clients.
• Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and account management with stakeholder influence and negotiation.
• Direct experience selling professional services within large accounts.
• Proven ability to drive results, solve problems, focus on customers, and communicate effectively.
• Successful in cultivating enduring business relationships through networking.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for sales activity and results within a defined portfolio, achieving KPIs and performance metrics.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales goals for the portfolio.
• Leverage RGP resources to support opportunities and client delivery.
• Serve as the client’s expert on RGP’s business model, risk management, and value proposition.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key client members to drive account penetration and sales growth.
• Coach Consultants and account teams on lead generation and opportunity identification.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to deliver services and improve offerings.
• Lead account planning, forecasting, budgeting, and best practices across portfolios.
• Contribute to enterprise initiatives through case studies, collateral, and market insights.
• Monitor delivery performance, risk, and new opportunities in partnership with Delivery leads.
