Responsibilities

• Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints.
• Records consistent problem areas and tracks trends for improvements.
• Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
• Determines cause of problems and explains the best solution; expedites corrections or adjustments; follows up to ensure resolution.
• Responses are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
