Job summary

WellSky seeks a Sr. Manager, Client Experience to oversee client-focused platforms and processes, leading teams to boost efficiency and satisfaction. You will influence cross‑functional partners and establish performance metrics while guiding platform enhancements and roadmap priorities.

The role supports WellSky's client-facing generative AI platform, with travel up to 10% and based at WellSky World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to improve end-to-end client processes using data insights and feedback.
• Lead cross-department collaboration with engineering, product, and solutions teams to address client challenges and standardize practices.
• Mentor and lead managers and client-facing teams aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop KPIs to measure client success, satisfaction, and platform performance; identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Own the operational delivery schedule for platform enhancements across multiple workstreams.
