Job summary

WellSky seeks a Senior Solution Manager to own the full life cycle of solutions, from inception to delivery, within the Connected Networks team. The role focuses on post-acute solutions and will be based at WellSky's World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS, with up to 20% travel.

You will drive strategic direction, collaborate across engineering, services, and client experience, and translate client feedback into robust designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Responsibilities

• Own solution life cycle from inception to delivery and align with strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership to create the solution roadmap.
• Translate client requests into design and requirements across domains.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, services, and client experience teams.
• Set priorities for development based on goals, timelines, and client commitments.
• Plan and execute go-to-market efforts with cross-functional groups.
