Job summary

WellSky in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Sr. Manager, Client Experience to oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of client‑facing platforms, processes, and tools, leading teams to drive efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.

You will partner with engineering, product and solutions teams to address client challenges, refine roadmaps, deliver platform enhancements, and establish performance metrics; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years of management experience.

Responsibilities
