Trucordia, a fast-growing national insurance brokerage, seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to grow a diverse book of business and consistently hit quotas.

You will leverage Microsoft Office and Salesforce, maintain state licenses, and collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewals and win new accounts, delivering exceptional client experiences.

This role offers exposure to senior leadership, competitive compensation, and career progression.

Qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
• 4-year degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related field.
• 2-5 years in an insurance sales role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce; strong analytics and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute activities such as cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business.
• Acts as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus for highest probability of long-term success.
• Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts.
• Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platform.
