You’ll engage in renewal processes, cross-selling opportunities, and ongoing education to keep a P&C license current. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 10+ years of commercial lines insurance experience.
• 3+ years in a brokerage environment.
• Experience managing assigned accounts through the renewal cycle.
• Proven upselling and cross-selling skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships within your assigned book of accounts.
• Coordinate with Producers, Underwriters, Service Team members and other departments.
• Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations.
• Prepare submissions, renewals, and pricing proposals.
• Resolve billing issues and respond to policy questions promptly.
• Commit to continuing education to maintain a P&C license.
