Marsh McLennan Agency in Saddle Brook, NJ is seeking a Senior Client Executive, Business Insurance P&C to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients from a hybrid work setup.

You’ll coordinate with Producers, Underwriters and service teams, provide coverage analyses and risk management recommendations, prepare submissions and renewal proposals, and pursue upselling opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service.

Qualifikationen

• Active Property & Casualty license and 10+ years of commercial lines experience.
• Experience in a brokerage environment and managing client life cycle.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell at renewal and across accounts.
• Strong written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow assigned commercial client book, coordinating with Producers, Underwriters and service teams.
• Provide coverage analysis, risk management recommendations and renewal proposals.
• Prepare submissions, negotiate pricing, and present proposals to clients.
• Resolve billing or coverage questions and support client meetings and renewals.
