Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Senior Client Executive in the Business Insurance team. You will maintain and grow a book of commercial lines clients, coordinating with Producers, Underwriters, and Service teams to deliver coverage analysis and risk management recommendations.

You will complete applications, submit proposals, and negotiate with carriers to secure favorable terms. All Executives are expected to pursue continuing education to maintain a P&C license and stay current with

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 10+ years in commercial lines insurance, 3+ years in brokerage.
• Experience managing accounts through client life cycle including renewals.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell at renewals.
• Strong oral and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for escalated issues.
• Experience facilitating client meetings and presentations.
• Proficient with MS Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships within assigned book of accounts.
• Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations.
• Complete applications and prepare submissions.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers; prepare proposals.
• Resolve billing questions and process policy changes.
• Support renewal reviews and renewal proposals.
• Collaborate with Producers, Underwriters, and Service teams.
