RCM&D is seeking a Client Executive, Middle Market, to lead a significant book of business in Owings Mills, MD. You will drive annual planning, align client programs with financial goals, and present strategic recommendations to clients and boards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, plus credentials like a P&C license; Life & Health preferred. You will mentor a client service team and contribute to growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of industry experience with increasing responsibility.
• Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a designated book of business, accountable for growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
• Develop a thorough understanding of client businesses, their policies, practices, and industries.
• Interpret technical findings and communicate them to clients in reports and presentations.
• Assist with the development of specifications for renewal marketing, working to support the marketing executive for renewals.
• Extract information and draw conclusions from carrier data and claim reports to interpret trends and anticipate potential problems for clients.
• Assess client needs and questions and review options with clients, making sound recommendations on a day-to-day basis.
