Qualifications

• Experience in prospecting and closing commercial insurance accounts.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strong presentation skills for C-suite executives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate insurance prospects, prospecting new commercial accounts.
• Nurture and advise existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and renewals.
• Set and pursue sales goals with leadership, maintaining service standards.
• Review coverages, negotiate with carriers, and optimize client book of business.
• Develop growth plans and regularly enhance technical and sales skills.
