Job summary

Unison Risk Advisors is seeking a Client Executive, Commercial to lead a substantial book of business, drive retention and growth, and align insurance programs with client goals. You will oversee multiple client service teams, provide data-driven guidance, and advance renewal strategies.

You will interpret carrier data and financial reports, develop client-ready presentations, and collaborate with Sales and service teams to deliver integrated solutions for complex commercial accounts.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of industry experience with increasing responsibility.
• Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EPIC system.

Responsibilities

• Own a significant client portfolio focusing on retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Lead annual planning and strategic direction for client insurance programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert and primary client advisor.
• Interpret carrier data, claims reports, and financial information to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and deliver client reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Support renewal marketing strategy and execution.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all client deliverables and program calculations.
• Maintain EPIC system records and documentation.
• Monitor renewal timelines and client lifecycle milestones.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and internal service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate regulatory and technical updates to clients.
• Participate in business development and market-building initiatives.
• Represent the firm through industry groups and speaking engagements.
• Lead or support special projects as assigned.
• Identify opportunities to improve client service delivery and operational efficiency.
