Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Client Executive to manage a portfolio of captive clients and lead strategic service delivery. You will work with executives to optimize capital, risk retention, and program utilization while coordinating a multidisciplinary team of Captive Advisors and Analysts.

Responsibilities include leading board meetings, delivering senior client materials, and overseeing renewals and placements with carriers and reinsurers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or risk management.
• 8+ years of P&C insurance experience with captive exposure.
• Property & Casualty Producer's License required; ARM/ACI/CPCU preferred.
• Strong leadership and senior client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic advisor for captive clients and own the relationship.
• Lead client board meetings and present strategic financial materials.
• Guide capital optimization, risk retention, and program utilization.
• Direct captive engagements and coordinate Captive Advisors and Analysts.
• Review renewals and manage carrier/reinsurer placements.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (15–20%).
