Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Executive - Single Parent Captives to lead captive engagements and manage senior client relationships. You will oversee deliverables, coordinate with underwriters, actuarial teams, and service staff to ensure strategic, data-driven program delivery.

You will leverage deep knowledge of captive models and risk financing, communicating effectively with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in processes while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in insurance or captive insurance, with single parent captive experience.
• Deep knowledge of captive insurance models, alternative risk financing, and regulatory environments.
• Proven track record managing senior client relationships with a consultative approach.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of captive engagements from kickoff to delivery of client outcomes.
• Prepare, review, and refine client deliverables and strategic proposals.
• Analyze premium and loss history data to assess profitability and risk exposure.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and service teams for integrated program delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvements in captive insurance processes.
