Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks an Account Executive for its Captive Solutions team to oversee a portfolio of captive insurers with strategic and financial oversight. You will shape underwriting strategy, manage client relationships, and drive new business while upholding governance and regulatory standards.

This role demands 15+ years in captive insurance, strong leadership, and proven stakeholder influence across clients, regulators, and service providers.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Accounting, Finance or related area.
• Maintenance of CPA qualification through CPD, as appropriate.
• Advanced Computer Skills.
• In depth knowledge and experience of captive insurance and insurance industry (minimum 15 years).
• Ability to monitor quality control and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business for the company and input into marketing strategy.
• Oversee underwriting decisions with Client Service Team and underwriting resources.
• Monitor exposures, risk transfer pricing, and regulatory approvals.
• Produce board papers, minutes, and ensure governance compliance.
• Lead strategic operational issues and maintain client director communications.
