Job summary

Willis Towers Watson’s Captive Solutions team is seeking an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of captive insurance companies with strategic, operational and financial oversight. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape underwriting strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver timely board and management reporting.

You will also drive new business opportunities, while guiding clients and service providers to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in captive insurance and financial services.
• CPA qualification or equivalent accounting/finance degree.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency with accounting/reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of new business and marketing strategy.
• Provide strategic underwriting guidance with the Client Service Team.
• Ensure regulatory and financial compliance and timely board reporting.
• Oversee accounting, reserving, and statutory reporting for captive portfolios.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with actuaries, brokers, and consultants.
