Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced client services leader to manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients. You will oversee licensing, renewals, and coordination with actuaries, auditors, and carriers to deliver service excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in related fields, with strong communication, accounting knowledge, and ability to mentor a service team. This is a full-time on-site position with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Eight (8) or more years related work experience.
• Experience with captive insurance programs or alternative risk arrangements.
• Experience with commercial insurance coverages (workers' comp, GL, auto, property, professional liability).
• Experience coordinating with captive managers, actuaries, auditors, carriers, reinsurers, and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of captive insurance clients.
• Manage captive licensing process from start to finish.
• Lead client meetings and participate in board meetings and program discussions.
• Provide timely communication regarding client financial, regulatory, and insurance matters.
• Review client coverage contracts and amendments for accuracy; provide recommendations.
• Mentor and supervise accounting and account-management staff to promote service excellence.
