Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Senior Client Executive for our Business Insurance team in a hybrid role. You will service and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, coordinating with Producers, Underwriters and service teams to deliver coverage analysis and risk management recommendations, submissions, and renewal proposals.

The position requires a Property & Casualty license, 10+ years of commercial lines experience (3+ in brokerage), and demonstrated ability to upsell and build

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license
• 10+ years relevant commercial lines insurance experience, with at least 3 years in a brokerage environment
• Experience managing assigned accounts through the client life cycle, including renewal processes
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell services at renewal
• Strong oral and written communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including handling escalated client issues
• Experience facilitating client meetings and presentations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and agency management systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships within your book of accounts
• Coordinate with Producers, Underwriters and service teams
• Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations
• Complete applications and prepare submissions
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers
• Prepare renewal proposals and exposure/premium comparisons
• Resolve billing issues and process policy changes
• Stay current on regulations and continue education for P&C license
