Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Charlotte, NC seeks a Client Executive on the Business Insurance team. You will develop relationships with clients, prospective clients, and carriers, and serve as an advisor to assess risks and deliver innovative solutions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in insurance brokerage, a P&C license, and CPCU/CIC/ARM/AU or equivalent knowledge. Hybrid work and broad benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage.
• P&C Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designation or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems.
• Advanced Excel competency.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, prospects and carriers.
• Advise and consult to assess risks and provide innovative solutions.
• Guide marketing, servicing and retention of larger accounts.
• Coordinate resources across Claims, Risk Control and liability lines.
