Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Miami seeks an experienced Associate Event Planner to execute end-to-end client events for the Latin America Private Bank Events team.

Based in Miami, you will manage multi-event programs, maintain brand standards, control budgets, and deliver high-quality data and ROI reporting. The role requires 6+ years of event planning, fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, strong project management, and readiness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on event planning experience in a client-focused environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Solid project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Latin America venues and cultural nuances.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work extended hours during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support market event strategy by translating objectives into event plans and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end logistics (venues, catering, AV, travel, materials).
• Own event data in the events management platform, RSVP management and reporting.
• Track budgets and supplier contracts in line with controls.
• Create client communications and manage invitations and confirmations.
• Coordinate guest lists, seating, and onsite check-in/registration.
• Lead onsite execution support including vendor management and AV checks.
• Prepare pre- and post-event materials and summarize outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvements and cross-market projects.
