Job summary

Qualifications

• FINRA licenses required (SIE, Series 7, Series 63).
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix organization under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal).
• 3+ years of experience in the investment management industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions (money movement, security transfers, loan transactions).
• Adhere to firm controls, procedures and FINRA regulations, protecting client assets from fraud.
• Collaborate with client facing teams and internal groups to deliver client transactions.
• Identify potential business opportunities to engage clients in additional products and digital platforms.
