Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Client Service Associate in the Latin America Private Bank to maintain, deepen, and enrich client relationships.

You will be the primary contact for service needs, coordinating with advisors, product partners, and operations to deliver an integrated Private Banking experience. You will handle client requests, ensure flawless execution, and identify opportunities to engage clients with additional products and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the investment management industry.
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Fluent Portuguese communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests and transactions.
• Adhere to and maintain the firm’s controls policies and procedures and FINRA regulations.
• Collaborate with client facing teams to deliver client transactions.
• Review opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and digital platforms.
