Job summary

JPMorganChase in Miami seeks an Associate Banker for the International Private Bank to support Client Advisors across the LATAM South market. You will collaborate with teams across markets to deliver a first-class client experience while handling account openings, KYC and ongoing relationship support.

The role requires Series 7 and 66 and insurance licenses (or plan to obtain within 90 days), fluency in English and Spanish, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least three years in the industry.

Qualifications

• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain licenses within 90 days
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Three plus years of industry experience
• Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
• PowerPoint and Excel expertise

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors in Know-Your-Client documentation and processes and Suitability assessments and reporting
• Assist in account opening process and internal preparation to facilitate subsequent investments
• Monitor client accounts and provide basic client information management
• Conduct daily account administration
• Act as point of contact with Account Opening teams, Supervisory Management, Risk Management and Investor Support teams
• Liaise with Operations and Client Service Specialist teams
• Monitor exceptions and work with Client Advisors to conduct 'what-if' scenario-based analysis; partner with Team Leader to monitor risk metrics across the team.
