Qualifications

• Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required or must obtain within 90 days of start.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Three plus years of industry related experience.
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors in KY&C and suitability assessments and reporting.
• Assist in account opening and preparation to facilitate investments.
• Monitor client accounts and provide basic client information management.
• Conduct daily account administration and act as liaison with key teams.
• Coordinate with Operations and Client Service Specialist teams.
• Monitor risk metrics and assist with scenario analysis across the team.
