Job summary

New Engen is seeking an analytics and measurement professional to drive learning agendas and day-to-day execution across client accounts. You will design testing roadmaps, choose methodologies, and translate complex data into actionable business insights for clients and internal teams.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with media strategists, BI and data teams, and client leads to scale measurement frameworks and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, measurement, or a closely adjacent field.
• Experience with MMM, geo holdout testing, incrementality, brand lift studies, forecasting, and full-funnel analysis.
• Proficiency with Python or R and SQL; familiarity with Tableau or BI tools.
• Strong client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the measurement strategy across accounts and define learning agendas.
• Design testing roadmaps and choose methodologies based on budget and data.
• Translate data into clear business insights for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with media strategists, BI/data teams, and client leads.
• Help build scalable measurement tools, frameworks, and playbooks.
